Bike rental
The rental of a standard three-speed City Bike is included during the two-hour tour. The bikes are suitable for most young people from 12 years old.

• Starting location : Center of Eindhoven. Parking for a fee and accessible on foot from the station in a few minutes. Exact address can be found on the booking confirmation.
• Rental bikes pick up from 9:30 AM and return after the tour at 12:00 PM. (or book on site for the whole day until 18:00, surcharge € 7.50).
• Minimum number of participants: 4 people. If there are too few participants, we will cancel one day before the tour between 10:00 and 14:00 and you will receive an email afterwards.
• Maximum number of participants per tour: 15 people. If there are more people, we will use an extra guide.
• This is a tour on registration (not private) led by an experienced local guide.
  
• Extra options (to be paid on site):
  Poncho: € 2.50,
  Rent City Bike/children’s bike for the whole day until 18:00: surcharge € 7.50 p.p. (pay on site),
  Electric bike rental instead of standard City Bike full day: surcharge € 19.50 p.p. (to be paid on site) On request up to 24 hours before the tour or based on availability at the starting location,
  Helmets: € 2.50 (not mandatory and on request).

• Reservation deadline
  Until 09:00 AM on the day of your tour. You can send a Whatsapp message if you have any questions about availability.
• Changing your booking
  – Until 09:00 one day before your booked tour: free of charge.
  You change to another available date in the calendar in the same year. It is not possible to carry over a booking to the next calendar year.
  – After 09:00 AM before your booked tour: not possible (100% fee).
• Cancelling your booking
  – Until 09:00 one day before your booked tour: € 10.00 per person.
  – After 09:00 one day before your booked tour: not possible (100% fee).

• If City Tours Eindhoven has to cancel the tour due to government restrictive measures (e.g. lockdown) or extreme weather conditions, you will receive a voucher worth the amount paid. The voucher can be spent in the same calendar year for a product on our site. Taking it to the next calendar year is not possible.
• Participation is always at your own risk. You are responsible yourself and City Tours Eindhoven is not liable for any damage and/or injury resulting from this tour.
