What will you do and see?

You will make a varied tour (115 km) through a part of Zeeland that starts with coffee/tea with cake on Walcheren and ends with a Zeeland ice cream surprise on Schouwen-Duiveland. Along the way we will surprise you with beautiful viewpoints, panoramic routes, harbors, typical villages, lighthouses, beautiful nature, windmills, a cheese farm with sheep farm, a beekeeping, a castle and of course part of the impressive Delta Works.

Our tour is educational, full of hidden spots and beautiful nature.

Children

This is also a very fun and educational day out for the children. Climb a watchtower, pet the sheep, play in the (nature) playground, jump on the trampoline, walk through impressive nature, see an old castle, experience the child-friendly restaurants, great views of the Delta Works, a beekeeping and much more!

Nut allergy
In the kitchens of all catering establishments, nuts are used and traces cannot be prevented. Nuts in the food can be avoided. Indicate in the comments that you are allergic to nuts in the food.

This road trip is 115 kilometers long including the 2 catering stops. It’s a full day out and it’s not possible to stop everywhere extensively. If you want to admire these unique places extensively, you can go back later to enjoy them longer. You can also choose to see a few stops in depth and not others.

We advise you to start at 10:00 AM for an optimal experience of the tour. The tour starts at De Jonge Johannes on Walcheren with coffee/tea with cake and ends with a Zeeland ice cream surprise on Schouwen-Duiveland.

No seat has been reserved, always consult with the location if you can sit down (due to crowds/reservations from the catering industry).
When it is busy, the dishes are given to go so that you can enjoy them in nature while walking or on a bench.

Bring the following:

• Charged phone for use of the web app (also think of charger or power bank)

If you don’t already live in Zeeland or are on holiday, it is also nice to make a weekend of it and book an overnight stay before or after the tour.

• There is no seat reserved, always consult with the location if you can sit down. (due to crowds/reservations of the catering industry) There is never a guarantee of a seat.
• The tour can only be booked on the days that are visible in the calendar.
• The tour has a fixed order.
• This self-guided tour by private car lasts a full day.
• Dogs are allowed outside if kept on a leash.
• We pass on the name of the main booker, telephone number, and any dietary requirements to the catering stops. (see options menu)

• Changing your booking
  – Until 09:00 one day before your booked tour: free of charge.
  You change to another available date in the calendar in the same year. It is not possible to carry over a booking to the next calendar year.
  – After 09:00 AM before your booked tour: not possible (100% fee).
• Cancelling your booking
  – Until 09:00 one day before your booked tour: € 10.00 per person.
  – After 09:00 one day before your booked tour: not possible (100% fee).

• If City Tours Eindhoven has to cancel the tour due to government restrictive measures (e.g. lockdown) or extreme weather conditions, you will receive a voucher worth the amount paid. The voucher can be spent in the same calendar year for a product on our site. Taking it to the next calendar year is not possible.
• Participation is always at your own risk. You are responsible yourself and City Tours Eindhoven is not liable for any damage and/or injury resulting from this tour.
• Please mention the dietary requirements, alternatives or other wishes mentioned by us in the comments in the booking. Or send a Whatsapp or e-mail message immediately after booking.
• If you do not fully use dishes or drinks, there is no right to a refund.
• City Tours Eindhoven has the right to change catering stops in the meantime.
• If incidentally a catering stop is closed or not accessible on the booked day, it can be changed to another day or City Tours Eindhoven will refund part of the amount paid.
• Not all stops (except catering stops) can be visited and/or opened daily. Are you booking the tour because of specific locations? Check the opening hours online in advance.
• These conditions do not apply to a custom product through our custom department for which a quote has been accepted.
• No deviations are possible other than those indicated above.
