Hidden behind the historic Witte Dame, Victoria Park reveals a hidden treasure in Eindhoven. The renovated Emma and Victoria buildings now house 567 contemporary townhouses and 49 penthouses, with convenient amenities such as restaurants and a supermarket on the ground floor. This idyllic district attracts international residents thanks to its charm. <\/p>\n

The municipality has ambitious plans to transform Victoria Park into a ‘living lab’ – a vibrant hub for sustainable and social innovation. Developments are already visible with the demolition of old business premises and the construction of new residential towers. The first, the Victoria Tower, offers 450 apartments spread over a 92-metre-high tower and outbuildings. <\/p>\n

With the recent demolition of the former Philips Lighting building, the underground river ‘the Gender’ will be restored in 2025, creating a new park. Although completing Victoria Park takes time, artistic representations of the end result are already available, including a work of art in honor of the founder of Philips that is still temporarily in the Gloeilampenplantsoen. The developments around Victoria Park promise an exciting future for this vibrant neighbourhood! <\/p>\n
