Speelpark de Splinter offers a vast open-air paradise for children, where they are given all the space they need to play and discover in a beautiful green environment that is no less than seven football fields in size! The mission of this park is clear: to let children learn and discover in a playful way.
Here children will find an adventurous, but at the same time safe and social environment in which they can play freely. The park’s dedicated volunteers and staff do everything they can to make the experience even more enjoyable. Children can let their imagination run wild by, for example, building tree houses, gardening in the vegetable garden or petting the animals of the petting zoo. At the petting zoo, they can meet animals such as pigs and chickens. In addition, there is a special game corner where children can learn to play checkers and chess. During all activities, there is always an employee with an emergency response diploma nearby, so that children are always guided and helped if necessary. In the summer, the pool is filled so that children can play safely in shallow water.
In the heart of the Splinter is a large central lawn with numerous picnic benches, where families can enjoy their own delicacies or visit the park shop (open from March to October). Here you will find everything you need for a great day out – the cheerful atmosphere is a gift here.
