The TOUGH CargoX is cleverly designed with low gravity and fat tires, ensuring maximum stability while cycling, even when fully loaded and making sharp turns. This makes the CargoX excellent for all kinds of driving conditions, from busy city traffic to challenging terrain.

The CargoX is equipped with powerful LED lights for optimal visibility, summed up by the smart reminder function at the rear and turn signals at the side. This ensures that you immediately warn the traffic behind you when you brake or turn, significantly increasing safety, especially in the dark or in bad weather. Moreover, you are always highly visible and well prepared for any situation, so that you participate in traffic with confidence.

Route via a web app (2 choices) included
Discover the unique and innovative web app we developed for individual self-guided tours! After purchase, you will receive a link to the web app that you will have access to 24 hours before the start of your booked tour. The web app allows you to follow the route of the purchased tour independently and at your own pace. No preparation is needed and you can start enjoying yourself right away without worrying about the route. You don’t need to download a separate app on your phone.

This intuitive web app gives you access to comprehensive information, navigation, photos, address and helpful tips for each stop in several languages. If your phone supports it, you can even have the text read to you along the way.

On the first pages of the web app you will find a detailed explanation of how it works. Do you still have questions along the way or need help? Then the digital help desk is ready for you via WhatsApp.

The battery has a range of up to 80 km, depending on the load and the assistance level. This makes the battery perfectly suited for both daily rides and longer trips, where you can easily rely on sufficient range for every ride.

• The published prices are per cargo bike CargoX.
• Upon arrival at the start location, you will sign the contract you receive in advance in the booking confirmation.
• We take a photo of the main person’s ID via CopyID from the central government. The photo and ID number will be made unreadable.
• A maximum of two children are allowed in the cargo bike and 1 child on the back in a child seat.
• Booking Deadline
  You can book as long as the date is visible in the calendar and you can complete the booking. You can send a Whatsapp message if you have any questions about availability.
• Changing your booking
  – Until 9 a.m. one day before your booked tour: free of charge.
  You change to another available date in the calendar in the same year. Taking a booking to the next calendar year is not possible.
  – After 9 a.m. one day before your booked tour: not possible (100% charge).
• Cancelling your booking
  – Until 09.00 one day before your booked tour: € 20.00.
  – After 09.00 am one day before your booked tour: not possible (100% fee).
• If City Tours Eindhoven has to cancel the tour due to government restrictive measures (e.g. lockdown) or extreme weather conditions, you will receive a voucher worth the amount paid. The voucher can be spent in the same calendar year for a product on our site. Taking it to the next calendar year is not possible.
• Participation is always at your own risk. You are responsible yourself and City Tours Eindhoven is not liable for any damage and/or injury resulting from this tour.
• City Tours Eindhoven is insured for liability if the cargo bike CargoX causes damage to the renter due to a defect.
• Loss and theft of the CargoX cargo bike is 100% at the expense of the renter. City Tours Eindhoven provides the cargo bike with a very good lock, tracker and an alarm.
• The renter is responsible for damages and accidents in traffic.
• Damage to the CargoX cargo bike is not covered by the renter’s private liability insurance. This damage is 100% for the account of the tenant.
• These conditions do not apply to a custom product through our custom department for which a quote has been accepted.
• No deviations are possible other than those indicated above.
