You explore the city at your own pace, from your holiday address, carefree from sight to sight via a beautiful route. Do it at your own pace, you can log in for 8 days from your booked date and you choose a different part of the route each time. For each attraction, we tell you about the past and present and we make sure you navigate to exactly the right place. This tour consists of a bike tour and a walking tour. So you get two tours for the price of 1! 🤩

Bike tour
You cycle a route of 24 kilometers independently and at your own pace (including bonus 30 kilometers). You will cycle through Turia Park, Russafa, City of Arts and Sciences, Port Area, Beaches, Cabanyal, various parks and Benimaclet. As a bonus, you get a tour of Turia Park West and to Parc L’Albufera.

Walking tour
You will walk a 5-kilometer route independently and at your own pace through the old town of Valencia. We will tell you about the past and present for each stop and give you great tips.

What is a web app?
Discover the unique and innovative web app we developed for individual self-guided tours! After purchase, you will receive a link to the web app which you can access 24 hours before the start of your booked tour. The web app allows you to independently follow the route of the purchased tour at your own pace. No preparation is required and you can start enjoying immediately without worrying about the route. No need to download a separate app on your phone.

This intuitive web app gives you access to comprehensive information, navigation, photos, address and helpful tips for each stop in several languages. If your phone supports it, you can even have the text read to you along the way.

On the first pages of the web app you will find a detailed explanation of how it works. Do you still have questions along the way or need help? Then the digital help desk is ready for you via WhatsApp.

You will receive two links for the two tours after booking. You will receive the password for access to the web app one day before your chosen first day.
You don’t need to download an app.
Make sure your phone, browser and Google Maps are up to date. Some knowledge of your own phone and how to switch screens is necessary.
Make sure you have your own earphones or headphones or use the hands-free speaker when using the web app. The reading function is included. This is an extra service if your phone supports this feature.
Bring a charged phone and/or a power bank.

Change and Cancel

The published price of the tour is a total price.
Reservation deadline
– Up to 1 hour before the scheduled tour or send us a Whatsapp message.
Changing your booking
– Up to 25 hours before your booked tour: free of charge.
You change to another available date in the calendar in the same year. It is not possible to carry over a booking to the next calendar year.
– Within 25 hours before your booked tour (1 day before your scheduled tour at 00.00 am Dutch time): not possible (100% charge).
Cancelling your booking
– Up to 25 hours before your booked tour: € 10.00 per tour
– Within 25 hours before your booked tour 1 day before your scheduled tour at 00.00 am Dutch time): not possible (100% fee).
- If City Tours Eindhoven has to cancel the tour due to government restrictive measures (e.g. lockdown) or extreme weather conditions, you will receive a voucher worth the amount paid. The voucher can be spent in the same calendar year for a product on our site. Taking it to the next calendar year is not possible.
- Participation is always at your own risk. You are responsible yourself and City Tours Eindhoven is not liable for any damage and/or injury resulting from this tour.
- These conditions do not apply to a custom product through our custom department for which a quote has been accepted.
No deviations are possible other than those indicated above.
