We have created a beautiful route with a length of 45 km so you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings on a tough, quiet, environmentally friendly and electric Knaap E-Fatbike along the way. You can follow this route via the City Tours Eindhoven web app on your phone.

The focus during this tour is on seeing the highlights in the center, Strijp-S, Strijp-T, Strijp-R, Woensel West, Philipsdorp combined with some beautiful parks and a long route there and back through beautiful nature.

You will start at our home office in Eindhoven-North (outside downtown) at your chosen time slot.
You can park for free in the states around our home office.

For groups, a different location is possible (additional cost).

You will leave between 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and return the bike between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. as you choose. In consultation, other times are also possible.

Take the following to the starting point:

• Identity card, passport or driver’s license of the main booker
• Charged phone in connection with use of web app (also consider power bank)
• Sunscreen and/or rain gear
• Jacket or vest due to lower wind chill

You do not need a driver’s license but some cycling experience is necessary.

Twopeople on one E-Fatbike?
It is not allowed to cycle with two adults on one E-Fatbike. The saddle is suitable for one adult and a child from 7 to 11 years old.

Children
The saddle of the bike is suitable for one adult and a child from +/- 7 to 11 years old. The child must be able to sit on the back independently using footrests.
One child on the back is free.
Please tick during the booking process that a child will be on the back.

Youngsters
Youngsters from 12 years of age or with a minimum height of 1.40 m may ride the E-Fatbike independently if accompanied by an adult.

Groups
If you are a group of 15 people or more, we charge a group rate.
We can provide from 20 E-Fatbikes up to 65 E-Fatbikes per three hours through a colleague. For a whole day up to 17:00 there is an additional charge. The price is on request.

We can also deliver the E-Fatbikes to a desired location such as downtown or the office (additional cost).

Would you like something extra along the way besides the bikes? Then book our E-Fatbike tour with lunch or a picnic in the park or choose a luxury catered picnic in the park.
We also have a route along nature and villages around Eindhoven. Here the focus is on nature and not on the highlights.

Own route
Would you like to cycle your own route? We do ask you to stay within a radius of 10 km from Eindhoven so that we can always quickly support you in case of a breakdown along the way.
If you want to cycle further than the range of 10 km outside Eindhoven, please let us know in advance and we will charge € 12.50 for the extra km in case of a breakdown along the way.

If you bike your own route and the battery runs out on the way, it is always possible to continue cycling without assistance.

• Published prices are per person.
• Upon arrival at the start location, you will sign the contract you receive in advance in the booking confirmation.
• We take a photo of the main person’s ID via CopyID from the central government. The photo and ID number will be made unreadable.
• One child up to age 11 per paying adult is allowed on the back of the saddle. Only footrests are provided.
• Booking Deadline
  You can book as long as the date is visible in the calendar and you can complete the booking. You can send a Whatsapp message if you have any questions about availability.
• Changing your booking
  – Until 9 a.m. one day before your booked tour: free of charge.
  You change to another available date in the calendar in the same year. Taking a booking to the next calendar year is not possible.
  – After 9 a.m. one day before your booked tour: not possible (100% charge).
• Cancel your booking
  – Until 09.00 a day before your booked tour: € 10,00 per person.
  – After 09.00 a day before your booked tour: not possible (100 % cost).
• If City Tours Eindhoven has to cancel the tour due to government restrictive measures (e.g. lockdown) or extreme weather conditions, you will receive a voucher worth the amount paid. The voucher can be spent in the same calendar year for a product on our site. Taking it to the next calendar year is not possible.
• Participation is always at your own risk. You are responsible yourself and City Tours Eindhoven is not liable for any damage and/or injury resulting from this tour.
• City Tours Eindhoven is insured for liability if the E-Fatbike causes damage to the renter due to a defect.
• Loss and theft of the E-Fatbike is 100% the responsibility of the renter. City Tours Eindhoven provides every bike with a very good lock.
• The renter is responsible for damages and accidents in traffic.
• Damage to the E-Fatbike is not covered by the renter’s private liability insurance. This damage is 100% the responsibility of the renter.
• These conditions do not apply to a custom product through our custom department for which a quote has been accepted.
• No deviations are possible other than those indicated above.
